Coaches & Group Accommodation Rates – 2026

The following rates are valid from January 1st, 2026, to December 31st, 2026

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Complimentary Room Allocation

We offer one complimentary room (Free of Charge) for either the coach driver or 

tour host/hostess when 15 or more rooms are booked for a group of at least 20 

guests. This room will be of the same standard as the guest rooms and includes 

complimentary breakfast and dinner.

2. Room Availability & Booking Timeline

• Monday to Thursday: - We can only accommodate a maximum of 20 rooms during these weekdays due to our regular guest bookings.

• Weekends & Public Holidays: - Bookings require a minimum of 20 guests and are subject to a 30% surcharge. No complimentary (FoC) rooms will be provided on these days

• 60 Days Prior to Arrival: - Tour company required to submit a preliminary rooming list. Adjustments to reduce room numbers may be requested at this stage.

• 30 Days Prior to Arrival: - Tour company required to provide the final rooming list. We will hold an additional 2 rooms as a buffer without penalty. Unconfirmed rooms beyond this will be released. An invoice will be issued for confirmed rooms.

• 14 Days Prior to Arrival: - Room numbers will be locked in with no changes accepted. Cancellations after this date will incur a $250 fee per room. No refunds will be given for last-minute cancellations.

Package Details Standard Coach Group Rate (Per Person)

Dinner, Bed & Cooked Breakfast twin share (2 course dinner & fully cooked breakfast) - $185

Dinner, Bed & Cooked Breakfast triple share (2 course dinner & fully cooked breakfast) - $185

Single Supplement - $90

3. Booking Confirmation & Payment

• All bookings, amendments, and cancellations must be made in writing.

• Should we receive another confirmed reservation for the same dates, a full deposit and/or prepayment may be required to secure your group booking. In the absence of timely payment, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

• Full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

• The coach operator or tour leader must present a booking voucher on arrival confirming the group booking.

• Rates and terms agreed upon remain valid throughout the contract period, even if the property changes ownership or management.

4. Meal Arrangements

• We provide pre-set dinner and breakfast menus for all group bookings. Menus will be shared at the time of booking or may be updated up to 90 days prior to arrival.

• Meal selections must be submitted by the group leader at least 7 days prior to arrival.

• All meals include tea and coffee.

• Changes to meal orders cannot be accommodated unless agreed upon in advance.

• Dietary requirements within the contract rate will be accommodated. Additional requests must be confirmed and agreed 7 days prior to arrival.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a $250 cancellation fee per room.

• No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.

• The motel reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment terms are not met.

6. Liability and Responsibilities

• The motel will take reasonable care of guest property but is not liable for loss, damage, or theft unless caused by negligence.

• The client is responsible for the conduct of their group and any damages to motel property during their stay.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure to meet obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• All personal data will be handled according to applicable privacy laws.

• Guest information will only be used for booking and accommodation purposes and will not be shared without consent.
